    Crescent: Apple Glazed Ham & Cheese Crescent Rolls

    List of Ingredients

    8 ounces refrigerated crescent rolls
    2 tablespoons honey mustard
    1/2 pound thin sliced cooked ham
    4 slices Swiss cheese, cut into strips
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 medium apple, peeled, chopped
    1 teaspoon brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup apple jelly

    Recipe

    Heat oven to 350�F. Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. Press each to form a 6 inch square. Spread each square with mustard to within 1/4 inch of edges. Top with ham and cheese. Roll up and press to seal ends and seams. Place rolls seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350�F for 16-21 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile, melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Add apple; cook for 2 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add brown sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Stir in jelly until melted. Cook for 2 minutes or until bubbly, stirring occasionally. Serve apple mixture over rollups. Makes 4.
