    1/4 cup avocado pur�e
    1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    3/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    In a food processor, combine avocado pur�e and vinegar; mix well.� With motor running, gradually add oil.� Add salt and pepper.� Transfer to a bowl; chill. (Yield: 1-1/4 cups)
