Squirrel: Ham & Squirrel in Wine

List of Ingredients
1/2-lb. ham slice, diced and browned (or 1/4 lb bacon)�
2 squirrels cut into pieces�
Flour�
Salt and Pepper to taste�
2 T Butter�
2 T Oil�
1 cup dry white wine�
1/2 t Marjoram�
1/2 t Rosemary�
2 cloves garlic (minced)�
1 dash Tabasco�
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce�Recipe
Brown the ham pieces until crispy or cook and crush bacon.�
Shake the squirrel pieces in flour, salt, and pepper�
Saut� until brown in butter and oil, turning often for about 12 minutes.�
Add remaining ingredients, cover, and cook over fast simmer for 20 minutes more.�
