Loaf Cake: Apple Scotch Loaf Cake

List of Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Sugar
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 1/2 cups All purpose flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
4 cups Apples diced and UNpeeled
1 cup Nuts chopped (optional)
1 cup Butterscotch chips


Recipe

Mix sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla. Add flour mixed with baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Stir in nuts and apples. Spread in well greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle top with butterscotch chips and bake at 350�F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until done.
