3 cups sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
13 ounces peanuts
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons baking soda

Use candy thermometer. Cook sugar, syrup and water in large pan over medium heat until 280�F. Add peanuts and cook until 300�F. Remove from heat and add soda. Mix well and pour onto 2 greased cookie sheets. Let cool and break into pieces.
