Carrots: Easy Carrot Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 pound carrots, cut in chunks on bias
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
Recipe
Place cut carrots in glass baking dish. Spread brown sugar over carrots. Sprinkle with salt and pour water onto bottom of dish. Cover and bake at 325�F for 45 minutes or until tender. Cover may be removed during last few minutes to remove moisture and caramelize the carrots. Serves 4.
