Beans: Roasted Chinese Style Green Beans

3/4 pound green beans, ends trimmed
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350�F. In shallow casserole, toss beans with soy sauce and oil until well coated, then dot with butter. Roast beans about 5 minutes. Remove pan from oven and stir beans well. Continue roasting until beans are just tender but still a bit crunchy, 3-10 minutes, depending on size of beans. Serves 4.
