1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and chopped
3/4 cup crushed ice
1/2 cup low fat vanilla, pineapple or pina colada yogurt
1/2 cup cold water
3/4 tsp. minced crystallized ginger or peeled fresh ginger Recipe
Combine ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth. �Serve immediately.
