    2 cups chopped onions
    10 3/4 ounces Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    3/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
    1 teaspoon dried parsley
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 1/2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
    5 crackers -- Ritz, crushed

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350�. Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with butter flavored spray. In a large skillet sprayed with the same spray, saut� onion until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, EXCEPT cracker crumbs. Blend well. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake for 60 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes.
