Broccoli in Red Pepper Sauce

head broccoli
1/4 c. soy margarine
1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, diced
sea salt to tasteRecipe
1. Clean broccoli, cut off florets and steam them about seven minutes.
2. In a saucepan, melt soy margarine and add red peppers and diced onions.
Saut� until onions are tender.
3. Pour the saut�ed vegetables over the broccoli florets. Sprinkle with salt
to taste. Toss lightly to coat broccoli and serve hot
