Heavenly Pimiento Cheese

List of Ingredients
� 4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
� One 4-ounce jar diced pimiento peppers, drained
� � cup mayonnaise
� 2 Tbsp Dijon or Durkee's mustard
� 1 clove garlic, minced
� � tsp white pepper
� ⅛ tsp cayenne
� � tsp sugar
Recipe
In a medium bowl combine the cheese, pimientos, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, white pepper, cayenne and sugar, folding gently to mix.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Before serving, bring to room temperature 10 minutes.
Makes 3 cups.
Note:
This makes an excellent grilled sandwich!
