Scallion and Bleu Cheese Dip

- 1/4 lb. bleu cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 6 scallions, sliced
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Cayenne, to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pur�e.
Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
