Tomatillo Guacamole

List of Ingredients
◦ 6 tomatillos (about 12 ounces), husks removed, rinsed, and halved
◦ � jalape�o chile (ribs and seeds removed for less heat, if desired)
◦ � cup finely chopped white onion
◦ 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
◦ Coarse salt
◦ 1 ripe avocado, halved lengthwise, pitted, peeled, and coarsely chopped
Recipe
Pur�e tomatillos, jalape�o, onion, cilantro, and � teaspoon salt in a food processor or blender until smooth. Reserve � cup salsa mixture in food processor; transfer remaining salsa to a serving dish.
Add avocado to blender and pur�e until smooth.
Season with more salt as desired. Serve immediately, with salsa alongside.
