    Three-Cheese Bread

    From "The Big Book of Soups & Stews" by Maryana Vollstedt

    List of Ingredients

    ◦�1 loaf sourdough French bread, halved lengthwise
    ◦�Dijon mustard, for spreading on bread
    ◦�1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
    ◦�1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
    ◦�� cup grated mozzarella cheese
    ◦�� cup chopped parsley

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350� F. Place bread on baking sheet and spread mustard evenly on cut sides.

    In a bowl and using a fork, toss together cheeses and parsley. Sprinkle cheese mixture on top of bread.

    Bake until bread is warm and cheese is melted, 10 to 12 minutes. Cut into 1 �-inch slices.

    Makes about 24 slices
