Pepperoni Pizza Dip

List of Ingredients
- 8 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 plus � cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- � cup grated Parmesan cheese
- � cup finely chopped pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the ricotta, mayonnaise, and � cup of the mozzarella. Stir in the Parmesan, pepperoni, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper. Mix well and spoon into an ungreased ovenproof casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Serve the dip hot with wedges of Italian bread.
Makes about 3 � cups
(6 to 8 servings)
Final Comments
� Hardcore pepperoni fans can double the pepperoni. This dip is also great served with sliced vegetables.
