◦ 2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley
◦ 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
◦ 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
◦ 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
◦ � cup mayonnaise
◦ 2 tablespoons cr�me fra�che
◦ 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
◦ Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Recipe
Combine herbs in a small food processor and blend until a smooth paste forms.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise with cr�me fra�che and vinegar.
Add paste to mayonnaise mixture and stir to combine; season with salt and pepper.
