    � white sugar (superfine; granulated)

    � raw sugar (Demerara)

    LEAVENING AGENTS
    � baking powder

    � active dry yeast

    OTHER USEFUL ITEMS
    � pure vanilla extract
    � vanilla beans
    � chocolate (semisweet, milk, white)
    � unsweetened cocoa powder
    � spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger)
