    Blueberry Layered Dessert

    List of Ingredients




    1st layer:1 1/2 cup flour2 tablespoon sugar3/4 cup chopped pecans3/4 cup butter or margarine2nd layer:8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature2 cup cool whip1 1/2 cup powdered sugar3rd layer:2 cans blueberry pie filling4th layer:cool whip, as much as you desire

    I made this with half cherry pie filling and half blueberry. Although my family tends to prefer cherry on everything they definately said blueberry was the better topping for this. Mix first layer ingredients as for pie crust. Spread on a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Cool throughly. Mix 2nd layer together and put on top of first layer. Spread 3rd layer on top of 2nd layer. Top with Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated.For a Chocoalte Dessert 2- 3 ounce packages of instant chocoalte pudding. Mix with 3 cups cold milk according to directions. Spread on 2nd layer instead of pie filling and cover with Cool Whip. Keep Refrigerated.
