2 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar
1 teaspoon of crushed or ground anise
1 tablespoon of almond extract
2 pkgs Splenda(more if you want it sweeter)

Recipe



Beat egg whites until soft peaks form add anise an almond extract 2 pkgs of Splenda Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before removing. This is 1 protien
