Awesome Allspice Applesauce Pre-workout

List of Ingredients
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp butter extract
1/4 tsp vanilla
3 packets Splenda
1/4 cup oats ground into flour
1/4 cup oats (not ground)
1/2 tsp sodium free baking powder
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp ALLSPICE
cinnamon to tasteRecipe
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Whip together first 4 ingredients. Then add oat flour, oats and baking powder and mix well. Add applesauce, ALLSPICE and as much cinnamon as you prefer. I love it. Drop into 4 mounds ( mixture will be loose not as firm as normal cookies) on parchment paper covered cookie pan, and bake for about 15 minutes. I thought this would be a great recipe to tweak for the challenge since allspice is a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves it will make these cookies tasty!!
