    1 envelope Knox gelatin
    2T cold water
    1 1/4 cuo strong boiling coffee
    1 oz square bitter chocolate - melted
    3 egg whites, beaten until stiff
    1T Splenda

    Recipe



    Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in mixing bowl; set aside 10 minutes to soften. Add boiling coffee and stir to completely dissolve gelatin. Stir in melted chocolate and splenda until completely blended. Cool mixture until it's the consistency of unbeaten egg whites, then beat until frothy. Fold into stiffly beaten eggwhites. Refrigerate until set.
