    Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

    1 lb extra lean ground beef( you could use chicken or turkey)
    green pepper
    mushrooms
    onion
    garlic, oregano, basil, pepper to taste
    1/2 to 1 tsp cinnamon
    14 oz can of salt-free/low salt tomato sauce
    small can of salt-free/low salt tomato paste(to thicken if desired)

    Recipe



    Brown up meat, green pepper, mushrooms, onion in frying pan. Drain. Add the remaining ingredients. Let simmer for 15 minutes to blend flavors. Serve over rice noodles, rice, baked potato. If Desired.
