    Turkey Mushroom Burgers

    1 lb ground turkey breast

    1 cup mushroom onion paste (1 small onion and mushrooms ground in a food processer to the consistency of a loose paste)

    1 cup cooked rice, measured first and then ground in a food processer (this is to thicken the mix so that patties can be formed)

    2 tbsp egg whites (results in firmer patties when cooked)

    2 tbsp French's worchestershire sauce**

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients well, and form into 12 equal patties. Thinner patties cook more evenly. Fry (without fat) or grill (George Foreman grill works well - I haven't tried on a barbecue grill, but I suspect they would fall through).
