Sausage and Creamed Corn Casserole

1 1/2 lb bulk pork sausage
◦1/4 c. chopped onion
◦1/3 c. chopped green pepper
◦1 1/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix divided
◦1 can cream corn
◦1 tsp. parsley flakes
◦1 tbsp. butter melted
1.In pan cook sausage, onion and green pepper until sausage is cooked.
2.Add 1 c. stuffing mix, corn and parsley.
3.Spoon into greased baking dish.
4.Mix butter and remaining stuffing mix. Sprinkle over casserole.
5.Bake uncovered at 375 30-35 min.
