    Caramel Surprise Chocolate Chip Cups

    List of Ingredients

    2 1/2 c. flour

    ◦1 tsp. baking soda

    ◦1 tsp. salt

    ◦1 c. unsalted butter softened

    ◦3/4 c. sugar

    ◦3/4 c. brown sugar

    ◦1 tsp. vanilla

    ◦2 lg. eggs

    ◦2 c. mini morsels

    ◦60 rolo candies



    1.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat tops of 4 12 c. mini muffin cups with pam. Line with mini paper liners.

    2.Whisk flour, b. soda and salt in med. bowl. In lg. bowl with electric mixer beat butter until creamy about 2 min. Add sugars gradually beating about 3 min. Beat in vanilla, then eggs one at a time. Add about 1/3 flour mix and mix on low speed. Gradually add rest of flour mix mixing just until blended. Stir in morsels.

    3.Fill each muffin well with 1 tbsp. dough. Bake 8 min. Press one rolo narrow side down into cup. Leave top of rolo showing.

    4.Bake 3 min. more. Place tins on rack to cool completely
