    Mustard Topped Salmon

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb salmon fillets

    ◦2 tbsp. mayo or sour cream

    ◦1 tbsp. dijon mustard

    ◦1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning


    Rinse fish. Pat dry. Cut into 4 serving pieces. Place fish skin side down on greased unheatd rack of a broiler pan turning under any thin edges. Broil 4 inches from heat 4 - 6 min. per 1/2 inch thickness of fish. Meanwhile in bowl stir together mayo, mustard and lemon pepper seasoning. Spread over fish. Broil 1 - 2 min more.
