    Foil Roast of Beef

    List of Ingredients

    ◦1 pkg. onion soup mix

    ◦1 can cream of celery

    ◦4 lb chuck roast


    Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix onion soup and cream soup together. Place beef in pan. Pour soup over and around meat. Cover with foil. Roast 2 1/2 - 3 hours until tender.

    2.For easy clean up you can put meat on foil in pan and cover with soup mix. Pull up foil to seal in steam. If you cook it this way roast 4 hours instead of 2 1/2 - 3 hours
