    Honey Garlic Pork Ribs

    List of Ingredients

    4 lb. Pork spareribs

    ◦1/2 c. honey

    ◦1/2 c. brown sugar

    ◦3 tbsp. soy sauce

    ◦1/2 tsp. garlic powder

    ◦1/2 tsp. ginger

    ◦1/2 tsp. ground mustard


    1.Cut ribs into serving size pieces place in a plastic bag. Combine rest of things pour over ribs. Seal rest of things pour over ribs. Seal bag turn onece. Refrigerate several hours turning bag occasionally. Drain ribs. Reserve marinade. Return marinade to fridge. Place ribs on a rack in a greased shallow baking pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours. Drain. Pour marinade over the ribs. Bake uncovered 45 mins longer brushing with pan juices occasionally.
