    Mexican Chicken Alfredo

    List of Ingredients

    1 pkg spiral pasta

    ◦2 lb. chicken breasts cubed

    ◦1 onion chopped

    ◦1/4 tsp salt

    ◦1/8 tsp pepper

    ◦1 tbsp oil

    ◦2 jars alfredo sauce

    ◦1c. parmesan

    ◦1 c. salsa

    ◦1/4 c. milk

    ◦2tsp. taco seasoning


    Cook pasta. In skillet cook chicken, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in alfredo sauce and bring to a boil. Stir in cheese, salsa, milk and taco seasoning.

    2.Drain pasta. Toss with chicken mix. Divide between two greased 8 inch pans.

    3.Freeze one cook the other at 350 degrees 30-35 mins.

    4.To use frozen casserole thaw in fridge overnight. Remove 30 mins. before baking. Cover and bake at 350 degrees 50-60 mins.
