    List of Ingredients

    1 cooked ham steak

    ◦1 c. chopped onion

    ◦3 c. apple juice

    ◦2 tsp. dijon mustard

    ◦2 med. green apples thin sliced

    ◦2 red apples thin sliced

    ◦2 tbsp. corn starch

    ◦1 tsp. sage

    ◦1/4 tsp. pepper


    In large skillet coated with Pam brown ham steak on both sides over med. heat. Set aside. In same pan saute onion until tender. Stir in apple juice and mustard, bring to a boil. Add apples. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 4 min. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir into apple juice mix. Bring to a boil. Boil and stir 2 min. Stir in sage and pepper. Return ham to pan. Heat through
