    List of Ingredients

    6 chops

    ◦1 tsp. garlic powder

    ◦1 tsp. seasoning salt

    ◦2 eggs beaten

    ◦1/4 c. flour

    ◦2 c. italian breadcrumbs

    ◦4 tbsp. olive oil

    ◦1 can cream soup

    ◦1/2 c. milk

    ◦1/3 c. white wine


    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse chops and pat dry. Season with spices. Place eggs in bowl and beat. Dredge chops in flour, dip in egg and coat liberally with crumbs. Heat oil in skillet over med. high heat. Fry chops 5 mins. per side. Transfer chops to 9 x 13 inch pan and cover with foil. Bake 1 hr. While baking combine soup, milk and wine in bowl. After baking chops for 1 hr. cover with soup mix. Replace foil and bake 30 mins. more.
