Penne in Cream Sauce w/ Sausage

List of Ingredients
1T Butter
1T Olive Oil
1 Med onion, thinly sliced
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed (I use turkey sausage)
2/3 c. dry white wine
1-14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes
1 c Heavy Cream
1 lb Penne Pasta, cooked (I use 1/2 to 3/4 lb because I like my pasta saucy)
1 c. Parmesean Cheese
Recipe
Melt butter with oil in large skillet over med high heat. Add onion and garlic and saute until golden brown and tender - about 7 minutes. Add sausage and saute until thoroghly cooked. Drain excess drippings. Add wine to skillet and boil until almost all liquid evaporates, about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes with juices, simmer 3 minutes. Add cream and simmer until sauce thickens slightly. Stir in parm cheese and remove from heat.
Serve over pasta.
