1 tbsp (15ml) Mrs Dash Salt-Free Lemon & Herb Seasoning
2 tbsp (25ml) white vinegar
2 tbsp (25ml) water
2 skinless/boneless chicken breasts
1 green onion, dicedRecipe
Combine diced green onion, vinegar, water and Mrs Dash Salt-Free Seasoning in a small baking
dish. Flatten chicken breasts, Place in baking dish then Turn each piece over once. Cover with
aluminum foil and Bake at 350�F. Remove foil once to Baste with juices and Bake until the chicken
is thoroughly cooked.
Serve with pasta, potatoes or vegetables.
