this is so easy and good, although recipe calls for regular chicken stove top stuffing and I sudjest using the new reduced sodium stove top.
List of Ingredients
1 can(19 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg.(120 g) stove top stuffing, for chicken
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 cup mozzarella
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix tomatoes,stuffing and garlic, just until stuffing mix is moistened. Layer chicken, basil and cheese in 3L casserole dish.
Cover with stuffing mix. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
