List of Ingredients
1 8-oz package cream cheese
1 1/2 shredded white cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream
1 small can green chili peppers (4 oz)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove crushed garlic
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 6.5 ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 1 lb loaf sourdough bread
1 c. chopped tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a medium oven, beat the cream cheese until soft.
Stir in cheddar cheese, sour cream, green chilies,
worcestershire sauce, garlic, green onions, artichoke
hearts and salt & pepper.
Slice the top off the bread and hollow it out. Spoon
cheese and artichoke mixture into the bread bowl.
Replace the top of the bread, and wrap the bread bowl
in aluminum foil.
Bake 40 min. in the preheated oven. Remove from oven,
stir in tomatoes, and serve hot!
