    A nice recipe to take to a potluck event or even your Super Bowl party!

    List of Ingredients




    Green and Gold Casserole

    2pkgs crescent rolls
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 lbs zucchini, halved and sliced
    3 cups button mushrooms, sliced
    1 large onion, halved and sliced
    16 oz. sour cream
    1/4 cup flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1-6oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1 cup grated jack cheese

    Lightly grease a 9x13x2 pan. Unroll one package of crescent rolls; press evenly in pan to cover bottom, sealing perforations. Sprinkle with half the parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 min. While crescents bake place zucchini,mushrooms and onion into large steamer
    basket over boiling water; cover. Steam 8 to 10 min. Remove and set aside. In a large bowl stir together sour cream, flour, salt,and pepper. Stir in zucchini mixture and artichoke hearts. Turn into crescent pan; spread evenly over crest. Top with jack cheese. Unroll remaining pkg crescent rolls; separate into triengles. Arrange on top of cheese. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min. or until top is golden and filling is heated through.

    Makes 10-12 serving

    This was served at a Christmas buffet I attended.. It was so good I could have eaten all myself.. Yummy..
