    Recipe Introduction


    A wonderful appetizer, snack, great choice for gatherings. And it's easy!

    List of Ingredients




    Prep: 5 minutes
    Cook time 7 to 8 hours

    2 cans (10 oz each) Campbell's Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
    1 c water
    2 cups Pace Chicken Salsa or Picante Sauce
    1 1/4 c uncooked regular long grain white rice *
    2 lbs skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
    10 flour tortillas (10 inch) warmed

    Recipe



    Mix soup. water. salsa, rice and chicken in 3 1/2 qt slow cooker.

    Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours ** or until chicken is no longer pink.

    Spoon about 1 cups rice mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold tortilla round filling.
    Serves 10.

    * For firmer rice, substituted converted rice for regular.
    ** or High for 4 to 5 hours
