    My kids like pies so this is one that is good.

    List of Ingredients




    Apple Pie (with Splenda)

    2 (9-inch) unbaked pie crusts
    7 cups thinly-sliced, cored, peeled baking apples
    (about 7 medium)
    1 cup Splenda Granular
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425 deg.

    Set 1 pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate

    In a large bowl, place apples. In a small bowl, combine Splenda, cornstarch, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Sprinkle mixture over apples and toss to coat. Spoon apple mixture into pie crust. Place second crust over filling. Seal edges, trim and flute. Make small openings to release steam.

    Bake until top crust is golden, about 40 to 50 minutes.

    Makes 8 servings

    Exchanges: 1 starch, 1/2 fruit, 1 fat
    Calories: 165 (1/12 pie)
