Peach Pudding
In a 1-quart baking dish, slice peaches or other fruit/ berries and sprinkle with 1/3 cup sugar.
Topping:
1/3 cup butter
2/3 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
Cut butter into dry ingredients; add egg and milk. Mix well. Pour over fruit. Bake at 350� 35-40 minutes and sprinkle with 1/3 cup sugar on top.
