1 lb. ground beef
� cup chopped onion
2 cans (14 � oz.) Italian stewed tomatoes
2 cans beef broth (10 � oz.)
1 can or frozen bag (16 oz.) mixed vegetables
1 tsp. oregano
� tsp. salt
� tsp. pepper
1 cup uncooked medium egg noodles
Recipe
Brown beef and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, beef broth, vegetables and seasonings. Bring to a boil; add noodles. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 � 15 minutes or until noodles are done.
