    Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream

    Add fruit or candy during freezing process, if desired. This is a VERY creamy ice cream! For a 6 qt ice cream maker.

    List of Ingredients




    4 cups milk
    3 cups sugar
    3 cups half & half
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp salt
    5 cups whipping cream

    Recipe



    Heat milk to boiling, but be very careful NOT to scald!

    Remove from heat and blend in remaining ingredients.

    Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

    Put mixture in ice cream maker and follow manufacturer directions.

    Enjoy!!

    For 6 qt ice cream maker.
