Italian sausage
low-carb marinara sauce
parmesan cheese

I just browned the sausage, added sauce and popped the zoodles in the pan. Put the lid on for a couple of minutes, poured the Parm on it and it was filling and fantastic. Best Zoodles I've made so far in 3 years!
