    Another recipe from a friend from Columbia, she made this with every meal

    List of Ingredients




    1 bunch scallions, tips only
    2 T. vegetable oil
    1 C. rice
    2 C. water
    Salt

    Recipe



    Slice scallion tips and brown in oil. Add everything else and cook until liquid is absorbed over medium heat.
