Plan ahead�needs to chill at least 4 hours or overnight.

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen cut green beans
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frown cauliflower
1/4 c. fat-free Italian dressing
1 jar (2 oz.) sliced pimento, drained
Cook vegetables according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain and place into bowl. Add dressing and pimentos; toss to coat.
Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
