    List of Ingredients

    • 1 pkg. yello cake mix
    • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 c. water
    • 1 c. vegetable oli
    • 1 c. shredded coconut
    • 1 c. finely chopped nuts, almonds


    1. Mix first five items in mixer---then fold in coconut and nuts.
    2. pour into greased and floured angle food or bunte pan.
    3. Bake 55 min. at 350 degrees. heat in saucepan, 1 stick oleo, 1/2 c. amaretto.
    4. drizzle on cake and bake 5 min. more.
    5. cool cake 15 min.: invert on cake plate.
    6. when cool, lighty cover with saran warp and refrigerate overnight.

    Final Comments

    serve at room temperature with wipped topping or wipped cream
