    Crisp Onion-Rosted Potatoes

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    • c. olive or vegetable oil
    • 1/4 c. butter melted
    • 1 tsp. thyme leaves
    • 1 tsp. marjoram leaves
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper
    • 2 lbs. potates, cut into quarters


    1. Peheat oven to 450 degrees.
    2. In shallow baking or roastng pan.
    3. Thoroughly blend all ingredientd except potatoes.
    4. add potatos and turn to coat thorougly.
    5. Bake, stirring occ. 60 minutes or util potatoes are tender and golden brown.
    6. Garnish if desired with chopped parsley.
