- 1 pkg (4 oz.) Gelatin, any flower
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cold water
- ice cubes
- 1 c. diced fresh fruit or 16 oz. fruite cocktail
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. combine water and ice to make 1 cup. add to gelatin; stir until slightly thiickdnd. remove unmelted ice. add fruit and chill 10 minutes until thick. place point baking cups in muffin pans. sprron gelatin mixture into cups about 2/3 full.
- chuill until firm at least 2 hours. peel away foil cups carefully or dip in warm water for 2 seconds.
