    We went to visit friends in Colorado and Marci prepared this dish for us. It is really good!

    List of Ingredients




    4-6 chicken breasts cooked and cubed
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of mushroom
    1 can cream of chicken
    1 can Rotel
    1 C chicken broth
    1 bag of Doritos (1/2 -3/4 big bag)
    shredded cheese

    Recipe



    8 x 10 pan

    Combine cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, rotel and chicken broth. Heat in a pan.

    Layer chicken, cover with onions, then layer doritos. Pour the heated mixture over doritos. Cover with cheese.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350.
