    My entire family loves these.

    Preheat oven to 350

    List of Ingredients

    1 ¾ cup fat free sour cream
    ½ cup chopped green onions
    1/3 cup fresh cilantro
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 T vegetable oil
    12 oz boneless chicken cut into stripes
    1 tsp minced garlic
    8 flour tortillas
    1 cup reduced fat free cheddar cheese
    1 cup chunky salsa


    Spray a 13x9x3 with nonstick cooking spray.
    In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, green onions, cilantro and cumin.
    Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, pour in the oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken and garlic and sauté until the juices run clear when the chicken is pierced with a fork.

    Divide the chicken stripes among the 8 tortillas, placing them down the center of the tortillas. Top with the sour cream mixture, then roll them up and place them, seam side down, in the baking dish.

    Sprinkle with cheese and cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Spoon the salsa in a stripe down the center. Serve hot.

    Suggestion: I serve Guacamole too.
