    Recipe Introduction

    I love my mom's cooking. I finally had her write down all my favorites so I'll be sharing those.

    List of Ingredients

    1 large can tomato paste
    1 large can crushed or stewed tomotoes
    1 jar of 4 cheese classico spaghetti sauce (she never use to use this but she can't make her own tomato sauce anymore)
    Italian Seasoning
    Bay Leaf (1)
    Salt and Pepper
    Garlic Powder
    Onion (1/2 of it)
    Green Pepper (1/2 cup)

    Of course she doesn't measure so it's a guessing game.


    Mix this all in a big pot on low, stir occasionally so it doesn't burn.

    Ok here's the best part. My mom always adds chicken to her spaghetti. The first time Gary had this, he thought it was the strangest thing (guess he's never heard of chicken cacciatore) Anyways...My mom makes the best chicken too. She pan fries it in Olive Oil with salt and lots of black pepper on low for a few hours. She removes most of the skin and puts it into the spaghetti sauce.
